Equipment administrator (¥5000-7000)
Responsibilities description:
1,Organize and formulate equipment management documents such as equipment management preventive maintenance plans, equipment spare parts plans, equipment checklists, and equipment safety operating procedures.
2,Establish and improve equipment data files, be responsible for the daily affairs of equipment management, and responsible for the management of spare parts in the warehouse.
3,Develop and improve equipment operation, maintenance, and repair management modes and systems to achieve the purpose of managing, using, and maintaining equipment.
4,Organize and implement improvement programs to increase equipment utilization and reduce equipment energy consumption.
5,Responsible for special equipment inspection, annual inspection, bookkeeping, data storage.
6,Assist the equipment manager to formulate, organize and implement important equipment installation, transformation, update, maintenance, and repair plans.
7,Responsible for the management of inspection, measurement and test equipment.
8,Supervisory responsibility for normal and safe use of equipment, responsible for daily inspection of equipment inspection, maintenance and implementation, and inspection and supervision of equipment maintenance work of production teams
9,Responsible for energy management of planned electricity use, energy saving, safe electricity use, and water saving.
10,complete other tasks assigned by the leadership;
job requirements:
1,Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics and mechanical automation, those with rich experience can relax to college;
2,3 years or above factory equipment management experience, familiar with TPM knowledge system;
3,Strong communication and coordination ability, with good communication and organizational coordination skills, regular equipment management meetings need to be organized regularly;
4,Have a team spirit and be proficient in using office software;
