Responsibilities description:
1,Assist superiors in market analysis, sales forecasting and business development plans based on market development and company strategic planning
2,Assist the superiors to formulate department sales task indicators and complete indicators. Plans and strategies to ensure the effective expansion of the department's business
3,Lead the Ministry of Foreign Trade to actively explore international markets, contact foreign customers, seek orders, and lead business negotiations and sign contracts
4,Responsible for negotiating foreign trade orders, signing contracts, document review, order management, transportation, customs declaration, foreign exchange collection, etc.
5,Responsible for the evaluation, tracking, management and risk control of foreign trade orders
6,Responsible for foreign trade business process management and risk control
7,Responsible for tracking the production and supply of the orders received, cargo inspection, commodity inspection and customs declaration and other processes, and timely handling of problems in various links
8,Responsible for the collation of customer information, and timely feedback and processing of customer requirements
9,Responsible for the proper handling of emergencies during the performance of the contract
10,Responsible for the training and guidance of subordinate salesmen
job requirements:
1,Chemical rubber materials related majors
2,Bachelor degree or above
3,More than 3.3 years related industry work
4,Professional English, planning and execution ability, problem solving ability, coordination and communication ability, learning application ability and ability to adapt to the environment
